  • Name6. The site shall only operate in accordance with the School Travel Plan dated October 2018. A transport mode and travel pattern survey shall thereafter be conducted not less than every 12 months for a minimum period of 5 years from the first use or occupation of the development and shall examine the contribution that can be made by cycling, public transport, car sharing, the provision and control of car parking,. A person shall be identified as a coordinator and point of contact for the purposes of the School Travel Plan. The Local Planning Authority shall be notified of the results of the survey not later than the end of each calendar year.7. The car parking shown on the Car Parking Plan received 13th May 2019 shall be retained at all times that the development is occupied.8. The landscaping scheme shall be fully completed, in accordance with the details shown on plans LITCA-ADP-XX-00-DR-L-1900-S2P3 - LANDSCAPE GENERAL ARRANGEMENT SCIENCE BLOCK; LITCA-ADP-XX-00-DR-L-1901-S2P3 - LANDSCAPE GENERAL ARRANGEMENT SPORTS HALL REFURBISHMENT and LITCA-ADP-XX-00-DR-L-1902-S2P3 - LANDSCAPE SITE SECTIONS, in the first planting and seeding seasons following the first occupation of any part of the development or in accordance with a programme previously agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Any trees or plants removed, dying, being severely damaged or becoming seriously diseased, within 5 years of planting shall be replaced in the following planting season by trees or plants of a size and species similar to those originally required to be planted.
